After that, it’s all about combing through, making sure every bit of scalp is out in the open. Then I dive in, starting from one side and working my way to the front, with a bit of overlap action. A light brush through, a spritz of hairspray, and voilà! Sure, it takes a tad longer, but it’s the diff between day and night, trust me! Highly recommend.

I’ve got 4c hair and bought this to fill out my edges. But it didn’t quite blend in when I swept my hair into a ponytail, and if you use any gel or similar product, it tends to clump. Maybe it works better for covering thin spots on a fade. Just a heads up, use some freezing spray afterward or you’ll end up with it all over your fingers.

This stuff really works! Gotta follow a routine though. I slap on some studio gel first, on dry hair. Dry it again. Then comb it all forward, showing off the scalp. Start at one end, move towards the front, overlapping as I go. Then give it a light brush-through, spritz on some hairspray, and style away. Takes a bit longer, but it’s night and day, I’m telling ya! Totally recommend it.
