Sheds excessively after 1.5-2 months

So, I’ve copped this 13×6 wig, 250% density, 26 inches, from this seller twice now. My routine is always to bleach the knots and dye the hair jet black just because, you know, personal preference and all. (I reckon the lace is Swiss, but it blends in real nice with my skin tone.) At first, the hair’s all good, and the lace holds up pretty well (I handle it real gentle-like). But even with all my fancy products to shield it from heat and regular washing and conditioning, it starts shedding like crazy after a while. Don’t get me wrong, for the price, you’re getting a decent amount of hair in terms of thickness and length, but it might be worth investing in something more durable instead of replacing it every couple of months ’cause of the shedding that thins out the wig over time. Overall, if you’re cool with a style that lasts a few months and looks high quality, this one’s solid. I ain’t too bummed about it.

I’m really digging the volume on this wig! Supposed to be glueless, but nope, had to do some tweaking to make it work for me. Man, there was so much shedding, especially before and after bleaching it.

hair has a bad smell

So, I kinda panicked and snagged this wig last minute for my birthday bash. Texture-wise, it’s pretty decent, but holy moly, the smell is next-level awful! Definitely gonna have to give it a good scrub-down before slapping it on. Not bad for the price though, gotta give it that.
