Such a fun wig

Lastly, I nabbed this wig for a Halloween shindig, and it does the job. Not exactly rainbow-colored like I hoped – more like blue-green – but hey, it’s still eye-catching. Obviously fake, made from who-knows-what plastic material, but hey, it’s a costume wig. It covers the whole head, although the lack of a real hairline is kinda obvious up close. But for a costume, it gets the job done, adds that extra oomph to your look, ya dig?

Thick, brush-able, good value

Now, my daughter had her heart set on wearing this for her faerie Ren Faire getup, but man, those little hard bits inside? Total buzzkill. She lasted, like, ten minutes before she was over it. Poor kid said it felt scratchy and way too warm, even though it was raining cats and dogs outside. Colors were nice, sure, but it’s a tangling nightmare. Maybe it’s better suited for wig aficionados, not us novices.

Personal confession time—I goofed. My hair’s nowhere near platinum blonde, so I’ll need some magic (colored hairspray, anyone?) to rock this without looking like a rainbow explosion. Wish it had bangs too, but dang, the colors are stunning. It’s a looker, for sure!

Got this for my 6-year-old with alopecia as a confidence boost. Braids nicely, stays in good shape, and is super long—she’s the envy of her class! A bit big for her, but she doesn’t mind. Will definitely get another if needed.

Picked this up for a Halloween costume, and it’s decent for the price. Not quite rainbow but a cool blue/green. Color really stands out. Obviously not real hair, but that’s fine for a costume. Covers the whole head, though the hairline is a bit off up close. Overall, does the job for a fun look.

But gotta be real, it does look kinda cheap. Way too shiny, needs a soak in fabric softener to tone down that fake vibe. And the hair’s so thin, you can practically see through it. Plus, those “vibrant” colors? Not so vibrant. Some parts even arrived damaged. And the pastels don’t blend well with the bolder hues unless you put in some serious effort layering it up. Oh, and don’t get me started on the off-center part. Total letdown. Save your cash, there are better wigs out there for five bucks.
