Score! Got this baby for just 21 bucks, and let me tell you, it’s a total steal. Snagged it after a disastrous perm left me thinking I’d have to rock the bald look, but thankfully, crisis averted. I could technically return this wig now that my hair’s back, but it’s honestly too cute to part with. Gave it four stars though, ’cause without a cap, it kinda looks wonky, even after I fiddle with it. (Hey, maybe I’m just wig-illiterate, being my first one and all.) Still, totally worth the cash!

I had to buzz my hair ’cause of cancer, so I got this wig just for fun until my real ones from the cancer center arrive. Gotta admit, I rock a cap with it ’cause the hairline feels weird. But hey, nobody clocked it as fake, and it gave me the guts to step out. Thinking of getting it trimmed ’cause, man, it’s scorching down here in the South.

So, last year I decided to go for a super short haircut, aiming for a more feminine look before a date night. I gotta say, the ombre color faded out pretty nicely, giving it a more natural vibe. But the top part’s a bit bulky, which made me feel kinda self-conscious all evening because the hairline looked too obvious. I heard some folks mention they plucked the scalp area to thin it out, but I’m too scared to mess it up, ha!

Overall, though, for a first wig, it’s not bad at all in terms of price and worth giving it a shot.
